So I got that out of the way but can't seem to find a way to make the desktop communicate with the monitor's speakers.I have audio if I connect my head phones or external speakers through the head phone jack.not sure if the desktop has a built in speaker.can't find anything related to that on the computer's manufacturer website.and I know for a fact that the monitors speakers are working I tested them already by connecft my cable to it and changing the input.oh and another thing when I hit the menu button on the monitor and go to the 'audio' selection it is set to HDMI.but strangely it will not allow me to change it to anything else even though I'm just using a VGA cable.don't know what else could be it.any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.thanks in advanced.
